Ripoff - wedding and bridesmaid's dresses promised but not received

I ordered my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses 6 months before my wedding and was told they would be in a few weeks before my wedding. Well, the wedding dress never came in. I had to take one off of the rack that had stains on it 2 days before my wedding just so I would have time to get it altered. They refused to give me any money back despite the fact that I paid for a brand new dress and got a used one.

My bridesmaids dresses still weren't in 2 days before the wedding so we had to go to a different store so they would have something to wear. Kaufman's never offered to help find dresses. The dresses came in less than 24 hrs. Before my wedding, so they refuse to give a refund on them because they came in "before" the wedding. How is less than 24 hrs enough time to have a dress altered?!!
