Capital One Auto Finance
Will not help me get caught up on missed payment and charges outrageous late fees

I had to move to a new city for my job, I called Capital One to explain the situation to them and to explain that I needed a 1 month extension because I needed the money to move, they very rudley told me that I did not qualify because I have not yet made 12 payments, so I told them they would get the money when they get it then.

Then after I moved the transmission in our other vehicle went out and I again told Capital one that I needed a 1 month extension and again explained the entire circumstances, again they very rudley told me I did not qualify and when would I be making the payment, I again told them that since they did not seem to want to help they would get their money when they get it.

I have since been behind a month on my payments for the last four months, they try to call but I have all of the numbers they call from blocked so they go directly to voicemail.

The company our other vehicle is financed through had no problem giving us an extension they even gave us a 2 month extension so we would not fall behind. What is Capital One's problem, they are a hearless company that does not care about their customers just money.

Like the good book says, it is easier for a camel to pass throught the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to get into heaven, so they will get theirs in the end.
