They do not care about working with their customers

After trying to get a one month extension for 6 months to get caught up on my payment, I finally gave up and borrowed money from six family members and friends to pay the one month I was behind due to extenuating circumstances. The day after I made the payment online they start calling me again because i am one day late on august payment, W.T.F. I tell the rep that I only get paid once a month on the 1st of the month, and that I would like to get my due date moved closer to the 1st instead of the middle of the month so I will not be late, the B#? *h told me that I needed to make a payment before I could get the due date moved, I told her I just made a payment the day before. She said that was for July and now I am 1 day late on my september payment, again I told her I only get paid on the 1st of the month. I never did get the due date moved they are a bunch of morones who only want to collect late fees. They do not care about working with their customers.
