I'd my vehicle towed to Pep Boys in East Irondequoit on 1/15 within the morning. I had been informed at there period that there is "no body accessible" to check out my vehicle which "somebody could be available on 1/16/12" and may perform a diagnostic that will charge me $98 to discover that which was incorrect before any function could be completed. I advised him again not to contact my vehicle which I'd be all the way down. I named my insurance provider who had been prepared to re-pull the vehicle to a different car-service and transpired to Pepboys to speak with Kenny. He mentioned that their (one) master technician named in today which it "occasionally occurs." I told him that it was the best thing that I named them concerning the vehicle as it appeared like no body would contact me about this. I told him that it had been bad customer support and a in my experience to possess to contact my insurance and also have to re-pull my car somewhere where they evidently had over 1 master technician to check out my vehicle.
