"the CoolZone", Perma International Inc., keep-it-kool.com Products were ordered but never received. No response to emails or phone calls

An a/c flushing kit was ordered on-line from the "CoolZone" on May 2. Payment was made by credit card through "RBS WorldPay" (This is a legitimate card processing site) and debited from my account the next business day. The "autoacsystems" website indicated 5-7 shipping days. Several confirmation emails were received, thanking me for my order. After 10 days had gone by... And no products, I e-mailed (admin@coolholdings.com) to get a shipment status. No response.
I then called the telephone number indicated. The call went to an automated voice telling me that the "subscriber was very popular right now...", then a male voice message (with a Canadian accent) told me that my call was very important to them, and to leave a message. This was followed by another automated voice telling me that the "subscriber was not accepting messages at this time...", and the call was disconnected. I called the number many, many times, at differing times of day, all with the same result.
A "Google Earth" search of the address (3909 Witmer Road, Buffalo, NY) shows a mail drop-box company ("U.S. Address, Inc."). This company's web site (www.usaddressinc.com) also shows the same address for their business, and indicates they offer a secure, confidential mail drop location. "U.S. Address" is also located just minutes from the US-Canadian border: perfect for a "small company" owned by a Canadian to have a U.S.-based address without having a real, physical location!
After 20 days, still no response and still no products. This appears to be a RIPOFF! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Another on-line company appears to be the same site (exactly) with a different name: www.keep-it-kool.com/, so beware if ordering from this one as well.
