Above Timberline Products I ordered a longbow for my son on / unresposnive to email / phone goes to a message box for Doug Woods that is full

I ordered a longbow for my son on 10/4 and requested be received by 10/14. The transaction processed immediately and withdrew the funds from my account. I also received an acknowledgment and confirmation of order via email. I followed up the order with a phone call and got what appeared to be a legitimate company message and left a message. Later that day I called again and Doug answered. I asked if he had the bow in stock, told him I needed it for my sons birthday and wanted to ensure shipment could be made. He said he was not in his warehouse and would have to check. He took my contact information and said he would call me back. The following morning around 10am I called back to follow up and got a recording that the recipient Doug Woods message box was full. I have tried repeatedly for two days with the same result and no response to emails. I then conducted a search and looked to see if the company was listed using a Yahoo local search to see if there was a different number. What I did find was a listing on the BBB that stated: Additional Addresses 94 West 1410 South (undeliverable 09/06) Payson, UT 84651 / Out of Business: It appears that the company is no longer in business. The BBB's mail to this company has been returned as undeliverable. If you have an unresolved

I would steer clear of this site and not purchase anything from them. It is questionable at best that I will ever see the Longbow delivered or a refund which I have requested via email. My only regret is not being able to contact someone to have the website taken down. All signs point to this site as being a front to take funds with no real intention of processing the orders.in the future I will always call to confirm stock before ordering.
