Cool Zone This company took my money and never shipped the products that I ordered. They will not return phone calls and they will not answer e-mails

April 8 I ordered an A/C system sealer kit from Cool Zone for $67.95. A month later They have never shipped my order.
They will not answer phone calls and they will not answer e-mails. There is no way that you can contact these people once they get your money. I tried several times and never any answer.
They use rbsworldpay, (apparently another fake company), to collect the money for them. I also tried to contact rbsworld pay and again nothing.
