Damaged Paint on Auto prior to cleaning

Capr Spa 0021 apparently has a policy of removing one's antenna prior to washing. That should NOT include gouging the paint off with a plyers and then telling you they are not going to do anything about it. I have taken my vehicles to car washes before, but never have been damaged. This is my first and last time to that car wash. Fair Warning all others.
