A&P Auto Service is ripping off by overcharging me for parts and labor. They damaged my hood and latch. First, they were trying to charge for replacing the damaged hood and latch. I refused to accept it. They increase the price of parts and the labor in their inventory to make up for the replacing hood and latch. They refuse to paint the hood while they are asking me to pay for full payment. They scrathced my car all over and put dents in it! They bare holding the car hostage by keeping the my key.
