Scrathes all around the car after car wash Cincinnati

I have a 2010 acura tl that i got this year. I have taken unlimited pass for car washes with mike's car wash at kemper road. Pass Number: AAWB6. When i have taken my car for wash for first time i have seen scrathes on the paint, which i didn't pay much attention. But when i have taken it for the second time and third time, i have noticed bigger scrathes around the car where the brushes have washed it. Immediately i have reported to the manager at mikes location where i got my car wash done, for which she said there is nothing that she can do there. She has asked me to fill up a claim form-which i have done. Sha has also taken some pics of the car where there were scrathes on the paint. Nothing has happened after that. Now i have no option to get a refund of my money $79.99 that they charged me, nor can i have peace of mind seeing my car. Its a complete rip off and better avoid taking your cars to mikes car wash.
