My bumper was magically missing

I expected for an estamate for top bumper body-work and color. I expected Shawn the dog owner for just one. He explained that it'd be one-price requested for that color figures explained it'd prepare yourself oneday in the cost he cited. After I arrived directly into contain it mounted the bumper was amazingly lost... Never ordred He did this twice. After I questioned him Why? All he explained was. "He could not get it done at that cost and can't-get the components". I came across them online for less he then cited. After some questioning in Creswell Oregon I came across He Does this alot.
