Cheated and Very Rude

Hello, I got a fresh bumper for paint-job to Maaco in Patterson NJ, since he (Bernard, operator) had explained a cost of $100 within the telephone. I expected him some concerns to measure just how much function is concerned and he offered me obscure responses and responded in "this will depend". I also requested him when the finish-will be good and he assured me it'll be great.

24 hours later Ricky informs me the bumper is prepared after I went there to choose it-up I had been unhappy. The conclusion had mud and pine contaminants onto it. I expected him "Why exist contaminants within the color?". He responded "For $100 I can't do something significantly more than this." I told him "That Is neglect. The bumper after artwork wasn't stored in a clear spot to dry". He responded "We do not have a clear location. It's all messy below. If you like consider the bumper because it is or you are able to abandon the bumper below and never purchase the paint work. For $100 I actually donot possess the time for you to answer your concerns. I'm starving and exhausted and that I need to abandon quickly" I stated “It was your cost. Not mine. Should you had explained this recently I'd not come here. I'd not need quit my bumper below to get a paint-job understanding you don’t possess a clear facility.” I ultimately settled him the cash ($103) and required the bumper with me. Ricky is not capable of carrying out a great paint work.

Men, when he got my bumper he talked as if he does the very best work within the term. Such men are fast to consider cash also it involves quality they cheat.
