MTA 62 Bus this morning @ 630am

At T/G/E 530 am I quit my home and waited for that B62 about the bus-stop about the part of Wythe and Ross Road which never arrived until 625. I then found out the previous coach (b62) had obtained another path which went thru Bedford. I needed to understand why (the Folks) weren't educated about that earlier? These coach owners might make their very own guidelines each time they need also?

This is not RIGHT and that I need to know WHY?
