Horrible Service

I paid $950 to get a 38 individual coach to to Sesame put on Sat, July 17. The coach was to possess working toilet, a/d, a complete container of gasoline to obtain us there and dvdplayer/tvs. The coach was to depart from/go back to my house 9am-9pm. The coach arrived 40min overdue. The driver stated the toilet doesn't function. I questioned why the coach was not examined before, she replied "I actually donot understand" We were today really overdue, the driver informed us that there's no additional coach accessible. I place in a DVD of Character for that guests whilst the driver stated she'd create a toilet end about the NJ turnpike. We switched the part once the AC turn off. The coach driver stated, "The AC is not operating". I informed her turn off the motor after which again on; the a/d arrived on just within the entrance two lines and also the dvdplayer did not change on. The guests started trying to cool off their children by rubbing water on them. We got towards the rest stay in NJ where we got down to consider our children towards the toilet, the driver turn off the coach and secured the doorway having a few guests inside and remaining. Whenever we quit the toilet, we appeared for that busto discover that the driver was today obtaining gasoline! We waited 30min for that driver. The several guests quit stated the driver cursed at them simply because they requested her to show about the motor and start the doorway. She got about the coach, and claims "can there be an issue"; I stated we require her to become more thoughtful underneath the conditions. She stated, "thats not my issue" and started cursing at me. Subsequently claims she is likely to generate us back again to NY. I named the dog owner and stated we require dto reach Sesame Spot today and need a brand new driver and coach. He explained he'd deliver a brand new driver; this did not happeen! On the road back, she was cursing loudly, we requested her not, she stated"Proceed Y& yourselves", she sped the entire way back, as well as went the incorrect way. We surely got to my home 11:00pm, she got out, put our products on-ground and said "Rush the Y& up and proceed". I requested for my DVD she chuckled and went away.
