Bus 507 running before schedule Time

Coach 507 between Ocean City & Atlantic Area runs before planned period by about 10-15 minutes.
To-day 5:29 period at Shoreline and Essex Ave, I fall somebody at 5:14 PM but still coach didn't appear.
A week ago also 6:07 and 7:09 coach didn't appear from 10 -12 minuutes waiting. Formerly also
Had similar event. Do we have to proceed half an hour earlier to obtain coach? Therefore, then what's the usage of coach.
