I Purchased a 2007 Kia Sedona On January 10, this year. For some reason the van did NOT have middle row seats when I received it at my address. I was told by Yolanda that they were being repaired and they will ship it in 5 days. Then Sarah Samuelson came inot the picture and said it will take 7 days to have them at my address. I paid for the car in full and did not take out a loan with them. Yolanda wrote in my contract he will ship the seats in 5 days not 7 days and include them in the deal at www.a1usedcarsinc.com 's cost. I keep emailing them, I get a different person each time saying that I have to wait 7 days. I have left numerous messages for Yolanda to email me back, I wanted the seats in 5 days. This dealership has the worst customer service I would NOT recomend them to ANYONE every. I received the seats after 7 days not 5!!! Unfortunatly now I realize I am going to have to take legal action for this delay. I am not going to give up.
