We purchased 2 carseats from this company and they did not fit our vehicle properly. Half of the bottom of the carseat falls off the back of our vehicle seat (unsafe). Also, the teather system on the seats is either missing or not compatible with our vehicle. Our vehicle was in the shop being repaired as a result of a collision (hence the need for the new seats). As soon as we got the car back, we tried to install the seats and they did not fit. Since over 30 days had passed, the seller refused to refund or exchange the seats. The delay in the repair of our vehicle was beyond our control. The seats are not usable for us.
