Unethical business practices and Unable to rectify a cancelation of an order due to non communication from the company

I was looking to buy racing seats for a christmas present and I searched the internet to compare prices and hyerautoparts seem to have the best deal... Should have been the red flag. The seats I wanted were not going to be available for 60-90 days. They were kind enough to send me an email and offered an upgrade and scotch gaurd for free... Should have been the second red flag. I sent and email back with the seats I picked and said thank you for letting me because the seats were a christmas present. I noticed on my on line banking that they charged me a exchange fee because i guess the company is based in Canada... Should have been the third red flag. The week of Christmas i sent an email and asked when the seats would be shipped that i had not received a tracking #. The email said it would be 30-60 days and the warehouse would send the tracking # when they ship. I responed with yet another email stating I wanted to cancel the order due to the miscommunication on their behalf. I got an email back stating if I cancel there is a 30% cancelation fee. I notified the rep that this was totally unacceptable and I wanted 100% reimbursed back to me. I have not received any emails back from the company, I have not been returned any money and I have no seats (not that I want them). The phone rings and rings and rings when you call. Anyone know how to handle unfair and unethical companies when dealing online? Always pay attention to those red flags no matter how much money you think you may be saving!!!
