Refuses to pay my truck was stolen

Our 16 yr-old got my vehicle without having authorization and totalled it. My spouse in the the time did not document costs at that time. He's my boy's stepfather I did so push charges against my son and he was taken up to prison. Today Fred Loya claims since I created a wait in completing robbery costs against my boy, they're not likely to spend!

I Have been with this specific organization for several years today! Our boy actually addmitted it! I plan to combat this injustice and certainly will never suggest Fred Loya Insurance to anyone anymore. They must be embarrassed of these selfs!
