2009 Honda Civic Hybrid
1 year old car needs tires

I've a 2009 Honda Civic with 13,000 miles that's completely bald tires. The dealer recognizes the tires are faulty but wish to cost me $350.00 to displace them.By recently, 4/23/10, the vehicle FAILED their state examination for bald tires. I never heard about a fresh vehicle that requires tires in under 12 months. The dealer will not actually contact me back. I've created them often WITHOUT ANY reaction. The vehicle is merely hazardous to generate and today it'll don't have any condition examination. I can not actually make use of the vehicle after 4/30/10. I want the automobile for work. What do i actually do today?
