I've never encounter bias till I handled Fred Loya. I am White and I was struck from behind by an illegal asian with Fred Loya insurance. The incident was obviously his problem and there have been no problem until Fred Loya couldn't find their insured driver after thirty days. Throughout the sixth week I approached Fred Loya plus they mentioned they'd situated the driver and he explained he was rear-ended and pressed into my vehicle and also the state was shut and declined to go over the problem further and was really rude... Making my with $1200 in problems.
