Fred Loya Insurance
Ripoff

Cars & Transport

Fred Loya Insurance is a RIP OFF, I have owned a Paint and Bodyshop in Houston for 16 years and have dealt with every Insurance company out there. Fred Loya has lied to me for over three weeks, "CHECKS IN THE MAIL". B.S. I get told 4-5 different stories everytime I pick up the phone and call Fred Loya Insurance. I had a customer vehicle come in June 6 on a wrecker, it is now July 17th. I still have not recieved a check for payment. It's been three weeks since I released the vehicle to the owner. It's been six weeks since the accident happened. FRED LOYA was supposed to request a check from their main office, June 27 since they dropped the ball and never wrote a check for the initial repairs. Again on July 5th no check, I called in again, I was told they would ask for a check request again, I Demanded they overnight the check, July 17 I called again today after an hour on hold, I was told the lady I was dealing with was out for the week, that's funny, she called my office this morning and left a message for me to call her. BUYER BEWARE bodyshops will not release vehicle without payment. Fred loya and it's staff is a complete joke!!!
