Harrasing, can't tell the truth

I have been with Credit Acceptance for three years, and I REGRET it. I have been experiencing the same things that other customers have as well. But! There are other things going on as well. When one representative calls and says one thing, another one calls right behind the first one and says something totally different. So when I say I was told differently, I'm always getting told that I was told the wrong information. I lost my job due to my position getting eliminated last year. I called CA and explained my situation, and the representative told me that since being that I can't make my payments on time, I should voluntary turn my vehicle in to them. I still had another income even though I lost my job. I make arrangements, and I always meet them. When I'm mailing my payments on the date of the arrangement made, they will call until they get it in the office. I asked the post office how many days does it take to get to Detroit, Mi and was told four days. I let CA know that it was going to take four days for them to receive my payment in the mail, and the representative got an attitude with me and said that the post office told me a lie-it takes ten days for us to receive it in the mail WOW!!! I don't think that the post office would lie. I've even spoke to a rep that once told me that my car payment should come before any other bills (lights, water, gas,) including feeding my children. Now that is low!!! And I most definitely think that something should be done about this company. The representatives at credit acceptance are not professional, they harass and call all day, everyday!!!
