Mycarmeter.com Dealer refused to reimburse over payment, tried ripping me off and ignored my requests for refund

Christian Bakalov used car Dealer sold car for export to Europe, full payment sent via Bank wire at point of pick up they claimed money was not yet available so I had to pay and this time they charged me sales tax that was not necessary so they can pocket the money.

Bought car via ebay in Nov picked up in January and made extra payment on spot on the promise that when money wire clears, I should get it back in form of refund. I was in rush to pick up the car so they got me pinned between the hammer and hard place.

I tried calling, texting, email this seller but he did not respond to any of my requests. He is clearly a thieve and willing to take advantage of foreign nationals like me.
He owes me $2070.00 including the sales tax that he wrongfully collected. I recommend not doing business with him at all unless you want this kinds of problems.
