Suspicious car sales

I am filing a complaint against Danny Wyndham who claims to be a dealer or work under a dealer, but actually works out of his home and/or the garage where he is a mechanic. He says he works for Raylee Automotive, but would only allow me to make cash payments. He sold me two cars in which he owner financed. I made all payments and have receipts that show I made the last payment on one of them. He signed over the title to me. 21 days later he called and told me he made a mistake and I still owe him $1000. I told him once I investigated the issue, I would get back with him. On Monday he came to my place of business harassing me for the money. I told him I was at work and could not discuss at the time and would get back with him later. Last night he repossessed the second car that I was purchasing from him, basically out of spite. I had made a verbal arrangement with him to skip the Jan payment because my daughter was jobless. She made a payment two weeks ago and was going to make the a pmt this week. Now he won't give me her belongings that were on the car. I have asked him for his dealer license and he won't give it to me. I also asked for the name of the company that towed it and he won't diclose that either. I need to know what recourse I have.
