He sent an email/text of interest in buying jewelry I had posted on ebay classifies. I responded to this via email. The next day I get this reply via email:
Hello, Thanks for your reply. I will agree to pay the final asking price of the item just let me know it in your reply ok. My payment method is cashier check. Don't worry about the shipping. I will handle the pick up with my shipping company. And the item will be pick up from your place after i have made the full payment. I need the the full name and address to send the check payment. Also your mobile number because i wouldn't want us to waste any more time on this. I don't do pay pal. Email me more pics Also want you to take down the advert right off i'll add an extra $20 in your payment for doing that. Let me know if you have any other item for sale.
Anyway below are the questions i have for you.
1) Is the item in good condition?

2) Are you the real owner?
3) Do you understand that the shipping company will come and pick the item at your address the next day you receive the payment?

I will be waiting for your full name and address So that the payment can be sent out. I want you to close the advert right asap i will add extra $20 in your payment for closing the advert for me early due to my interest. I want you to email me the list of any other items you have for sale. I hope to hear back from you.
