Ripoff Fraudulent vehicle sale

On 8/30/04 I bought a Land Rover Range Rover from the above business for $9600, as an auction win on ebay. The car was grossly misrepresented but I agreed to purchase the car only on the condition of obtaining extended warranty. I did so at an additional cost of $1395.

They told me I would receive the title and warranty by mail within 1 week, and that the warranty was effective immediately. I drove the car back to my home town of Las Vegas.

I have yet to receive the title and upon checking with the warranty company they have no record of any warranty application nor have they received payment from Star Dealer. I have made repeated requests to Star Dealer for both the title and the warranty and they either ignored my requests or failed to answer them directly.

The car has since broken down and I find that ther is no warranty and I have no title, so I am unable to use the car, both physically and legally since I am unable to register the vehicle without a title.

I have contacted the dealer on numerous occassions and have received no satisfactory reply, and I suspect fraud.
