Trailerparkchoppers WANTED FOR FRAUD, THEFT BY DECEPTION, CON MAN

CJ Brossett advertised a 50' 2 car race trailer for sale. I flew from NJ to La on 3/3 to see the trailer and negociated a sale price. CJ required a deposit of $5,000.00 to hold the trailer and accepted a business check w / the VIN# and contract terms detailed on the check as a bill of sale. The trailer was not to be used and scheduled to be picked up on 3/26.

After flying to Florida to P/U the truck and beginning the drive to La., CJ responded to my numerous phone calls and claimed that the trailer was in an accident. I would not be able to PU the trailer. He would return my deposit promptly.

He has not returned deposit money, does not return phone calls.

After doing some aditional homework on this guy he has been accused of LOTS OF SCAMS INCLUDING SELLING THE SAME CAR TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE! Look at the posts about him on the VIPER FORUM. He deals in high end cars, choppers, boats, and diving.
