Jimmy Wink designed a trailer to build for us. We accepted the order and we were required to put down a $15,000 deposit before he would start building the trailer. After 5 months and numerous excuses why our trailer wasn't finished, Jimmy Wink admitted that he had made a trailer like ours and it had problems, so he wouldn't be making our trailer. He agreed to return my $15,000 deposit. It has been over 6 months now and I have received $2,000 and excuse after excuse that he will be getting me money but hasn't yet. Now he will not return my calls. I honestly believe Jimmy Wink had no intention of building the trailer for us and planned on using my deposit money to grow his business.
