No trailer & no deposit refund

Ordered a trailer Feb. 8. Said it would be ready in 90 days or less. Or deposit would be greatfully refunded with out question. It has been iver 160 days an no trailer or refund. I tried to be nice an work with them when they said they had trouble in their factory. That was before 90 days. The last delivery date they gave was July 13 or 19 but no trailer again. The worst thing is that they took off work for the week of the 4th of July. I would like to get my $600 back. I don't care about the trailer any more after all the bull.
