Salesman, Paradise Ford, Cocoa FL Doesn't Keep Promises Made to Buyers!

We purchased a 2003 used pick-up truck from "Griff". During the purchase we noticed the front tires were extremely worn, odd for a vehicle with only 44k miles. Due to the time of day that we were in the dealership, at closing, we only briefly drove the vehicle in which it had a bounce to it, which he later attributed to the defective front tires and agreed to replace them. Upon actual purchase and taking possession of the vehicle, my wife then drove it to work 45 miles away and commented on how rough it rode and that it "bounced" around seemingly too much. I called and left Griff a message that we were taking it to Tire Kingdom to have it inspected as he said that an alignment was done and the tires were balanced. Upon inspection at Tire Kingdom, they wrote that the back tires were NOT balanced and we paid $25 to have them done, I promptly called Griff to tell him this. He then set an appointment for Friday, April 9 to bring the vehicle in to talk about the tires and to also see about getting the front Headlight fixed since there was moisture.

When arriving at the dealership, Griff was no where to be found and no one at the delaership knew anything about any of the issues we were having and didn't even want to assist me. I called and left Griff another voice message which I have not had returned.

My wife asked twice for the "promises" to be put on a "we owe" sheet but Griff refused and said his word was good as gold. We do have two eyewitnesses that were with us that also heard him say he would make everything right and would get it done, but apparently he doesn't care about his word at all. We understand that it is a USED vehicle but for the tires on the back to be that damaged to where they have flat spots thereby making it a dangerous risk to drive the vehicle is what concerns me. If you make promises then keep them. Do not deal with Griff or Paradise Ford when looking for a vehicle!!!
