Misrepresentation of Scheduled Maintenence Package

In January I purchased a brand new ford escape at the same time I purchased a scheduled maintenance package for $995.00 that was supposed to run from 1-4-07 to 1-4-11, but during a recent scheduled maintenance in late Feb or early March, I was informed that I only had one scheduled maintenance left because of how many oil changes I already received, had I known that it was this way I would not have purchased the plan, this is a RIP OFF of the gargantuan type, I have NO more faith in Ford Motor Company what so ever!
