Mel Clayton Ford
Not honoring their contractual obligations, going out of business, lying car salesmen

I just found out today that Mel Clayton Ford is closing their doors tomorrow. They have been sold to a big conglomerate that will be at 1400 E. Camelback and called Camelback Ford.

I purchased a 2007 Ford Fusion in November and also purchased, for $500, the Mel Clayton Platinum Rewards Card. This service was to provide the scheduled oil changes and service maintenance for no additional charge. I have had one oil change so far which would have cost about $30.

Camelback Ford is not honoring this program and Mel Clayton is not going to do anything about it. It's just my tough luck so I am out $470. Kind of seems wrong to me.
