This Company is nothing more than lonesharks

I had a car with this bank about 5 years ago. I was tranfering all my payments to my computer so that I would not have to write checks and I guess at some point I missed one. I never knew that they would come get a car after only one payment. They never sent me any notice that the payment had been missed or they never called me to let me know. So they repoed this car after missing one payment and then they wanted some outragous amount to get it back they never told me where my car or property was I was never notified that the car was sold or even where it was sold. It was about 1 year later they started sending letters to my ex-husbands house somewhere I had not lived there in 5 years and then the summons came in they were taking me to court for over 9000. And the letter I recieved said I owed 6000. So they ganished me and to this date I have paid them over 7000 and they said that I still owe them 11000. And when I bought the car it was only 9000. I have tried to work out payments with this place and nothing works they want 1000 a month and nothing else now they have a law firm or so they say that does there dirty work for them, I have done some research on this company and just in the 4 counties that are around me which they are small there are over 200 cases involving this company that they to are be garnished and some cases have been ongoing for years as mine has there is no way I will ever get this paid off because they are adding 30% interest on this account by the day. I have tried everything with this contacting senators and congressmen every BBB I can think of and nothing is helping. If there is anything else I could do please help. I don't want to file Bankrupcty I don't want to lose everything that I have tried to get for the past years but this is the only thorn in my side. So if there are any or persons with this problem and have found out a solution please let me know. Thankyou so much
