False Advertising

I was looking for a Toyota Tacoma for my son on the internet, and I found what sounded like a good deal at Karl Malone Toyota in Draper Utah. I live 600 miles away in Lewiston Idaho, so I wanted all the information I could get. I called and talked to David Hicks, and he told me because this is a Toyota dealership, all used Toyota's are put through an inspection. He faxed me a copy of the options, and it had everything I was looking for, so we agreed on a price, and I said I would fly down there the next morning to pick it up. When I got to the dealership, the pickup was sitting there, it had not been detailed, the windshield was broken, and the antena was missing. If it had been inspected, you would of thought these was have been fixed. Anyway, 3 hours later they finally had me ready to go. I wrote them a check, and headed for home. The next day I went out to give it my personal inspection, and the first thing I noticed, was there was NO tow package. That was one of the main reasons I bought it. Upon further inspection, I found the leaf spring on the right rear was broken, and had been for quite a while. I emailed David Hicks about these issues, he never replied, so I emailed Brandon Scott, the sales manager, he never replied, so then I emailed Andy Madsen, the general manager, he never replied. I finally got ahold of Brandon Scott on the telephone and asked him about these issues, and he said he would find out whats going on and call me back&not. Don't ever buy anything from this dealership!!!
