Do not purchase insurance through the corporation and hope somebody who does never strikes you... They rip-off people who their customers struck!

The corporation doesn't possess a 24/7 quantity you are able to demand statements as some links state they are doing... Just Mon-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 PM EST.

Their customer struck my vehicle on 3/5/10 at 5:15 pm so I had to call on 3/8/10 to make a claim and was told an adjuster would call me in 3 to 5 days, well on 3/15/10 I had to call again and was told the same thing. Unbelieveable... I noticed nothing till I named again on 3/22/10 and required an insurer in the future provide an estimation that evening! He explained in three or four times UAIC might contact me to I would like to understand the estimation was authorized... Nicely on 3/26/10 I'd to contact them to discover if it had been approved by which it'd been approved plus they desired to understand what store had my vehicle... It had been still resting in my own garage!

Today they need me to pay for $228.87 towards the repair center for enhancement of the muffler that their customer broken. This really is absurd! If their customer hadn't been texting she'd have experienced our car quit why must we've to cover enhancement??? Used to do not require a brand new muffler till she struck my vehicle!
