USAA Insurance Passes the buck

A friend backed into my vehicle creating almost 2k value of harm. Evening of the event we named in and USAA approved responsiblilty for state. The consultant stated that within 72 business hours an appraiser could be out to determine the vehicle along with a check could be cut. (it was on the Friday. Therefore someday before Thursday evening was the requirement which was established.) Thursday evening arrived and that I called in. I had been informed the Appraiser has four times in the future out and appear in the vehicle. "We often ship somebody out within a couple of days however they have four times." The Appraiser arrives on morning four, Friday, and provides me a written appraisal. I call-back in to the customer service point to determine after I could possibly get the vehicle in to the store since the Appraiser did not cut a check. The consultant stated the information in the Appraiser could be posted by Friday morning. Friday night I call-in to check on the standing about the state. The consultant claims the insurer must evaluate the information posted from the Appraiser. I had been advised I'd be called on Friday.

Monday comes and goes. Fast-forward to Friday, this really is fourteen days following the event, I call-back in and today the tale is the fact that USAA isn't accountable for the state. The driver of another vehicle had low-homeowners insurance (USAA) and USAA states that I've togo through the insurance that's about the automobile that struck me.
