These guys are setting you up and trying to milk you out be very very cerful every singel ord they say is a lie

I called and asked specifically for sales manager and I told them. That we are looking for a pick up truck Toyota Tacoma and if it is possible that we get 0$ down or 0% interest. The answer was yes if you have a good credit score you can have the truck for 0$ down.
Our credit score turned to be out 729 and we completed the deal and signed the paperwork.
4 days later they called us back and asked for 4000$ down payment if we still want to keep the truck. We went once again to the Toyota dealer in Kirkland to complete the deal with the new terms. It turned out that our social security number was sent to 8 different credit lenders which effected our credit score -10 each time, total -80. We still wanted to complete the deal.in addition we still haven't received the carpet mats after 4 days even though we paid for them already and we only keep on receiving empty promises.
At the end we requested by the WA state law that they at least negotiate the documentation fee of $ 150-which is negotiable by the WA law. The finance manager was unable to make that decision and we asked for the decision maker. When the desk manager walked into the room he told us that Toyota of Kirkland charges $150 documentation fee from ever body, there is no exception if you don't want it you can leave the key and walk away from the deal. His approach and the way he told this was very rude and not at all customer friendly in any kind of way. Therefore we walked away.
I think it is not acceptable that promises being made at the beginning that they are unable to keep-therefore they should not make misleading promises and provide better customer service.
We were very unhappy with this experience of Toyota, but the sales person and finance manager were friendly and customer service oriented people and did a good job.
