Fathers Day Gift gone bad - engraved classic stop watch

I paid alot of monies for a Fathers Day gift for a man that I have not seen in almost 20 years. I wanted to praise him for his accomplishments and what he meant to me 20 years ago. Well the package was not delieverd. Come to find out they never even made an attempt to deliver. I had to call the company to interact for me. I called UPS three times the day of delivery and they kept telling me I had the wrong tracking number and that is when the company stepped in and called UPS. I get a phone call saying UPS apologized and they had no excuse why they did not deliver the package and they would be out Monday. Well Monday comes and I get a voicemail at 7am telling me the package was being delivered. Well they did not attempt to deliver it until 5:45pm. My friend was gone and no package was left. I called UPS that next morning talking to a supervisor and all he could do is tell me the package was going to be delivered a day later and not the next day because the drivers all out and the package was back at the local company. I was furious and Im not sure where the customer satisfaction comes in at. I did not get any apology and I did not get my monies refunded. Do not use UPS they are worthless. The Fathers Day gift still has not been delivered.
