D9 Force Customer to buy Gas Cap

This is Smog only test center advertise 17.99 Tf CF total $31 for complete test.
I went this morning, gave him my car, he started testing. After while Technician came to me and Said you gas cap is failing test. I went with guy and check on his screen showing red Lines that failed test. I told him to do test in front of me to see what's wrong, he refused to do again he said i can't keep trying, he said you need new GAS CAP, you can buy from outside or i can sell you one. If you go and buy then you have to pay evaporation and transmition fees again would be $15. Or pay $15 for Gas Cap.
Finally i pay $15 extra fro Gas cap even My gas cap was Good.

Beware of this type of advertisement showing less. And charge more for extra stuff
