Simple interest loan never disclosed before signing, refinance not offered

Interested in the class action lawsuit against drive financial if there is one. The company gave me a simple interest loan and never said that was the type of loan they were giving me. High interest rates, call 5 times a day, hang up on me if they don't hear what they want to. Don't send me anything in the mail that i request after telling me that there sending it. The company can't refinance after telling me they could at the beginning of my loan. Don't offer deferment's. Then they won't take $800 off pay off if i paid it that day. And told me that i could send them the whole pay off amount but that i was not guaranteed to get my title. Their best advise was to surrender me vehicle and they will sell it and give me a bill for the rest left over.
