25.99 Percent Interest on 60-Month Auto Loan Seems Excessive

I to have been hit by Drive Finance or Santander. I am paying about 10,350.00 on a loan of 13,600.00 this about 25.99% I don't know if that is legal or not. That's dam near the piece of the car. That seems to be close to 50% if think about it I'm not! Behind in payments at all. This is punishment. Don't ya think. If there is someone out there that can help me. I'm 27 or 28 payments in to 60 months. This is highway robbery
