My trade in vehicle was stolen off the dealership lot

Cars & Transport

On Dec29, I purchased a vehicle in good faith and traded in my 1997 Honda Accord with also $500.00 down. Weeks went by and then the salesperson started calling me for information and paperwork that I had already given them. One evening a salesperson even showed up at my house announced. Finally with many phone calls in which I've saved on my cellphone and six weeks, they called me on January 06 and was very ugly and threathen me to bring the new vehicle back due to not being able to process the loan. I left work and went straight to the dealership. When I arrived I was told that my old vehicle was stolen off the lot. I told them that I must get back to work. They put me into a loaner and sent me away. Then, the next day a salesperson calls me at work trying to sell me the used loaner car that they lend me the night before. I told him that i just wanted my trade-in back and that I was unhappy with the way their business ethics and procedures were conducted. I received a phone call from the General Manger Alex on January 12, stating that my trade-in was found. I was very relieved because I wanted this nightmare to end. I take off from work again and head to the dealership. When I looked at my vehicle there was a dent on the driver door, the speakers had been taken out completely, the car inside looked like a trash can. I drove around the Dealership and the brakes completely hit the floor. When I traded my vehicle in it was in good shape. I was so upset and Alex would not come out of the Dealership. I phoned the Littleton Police and they arrived and told me to file a Civil against the Dealership. I drove my car home last night in tears. I could not believe that I JUST WENT THROUGH THE MAZE OF A BAD DEAL. I surived 911 being activated for 16 months for my duty to my country. But, I can not shake this ordeal off. I want this to never happen to anyone else.

Please help!
