Wow what a horrible experience!!! 1st off I was only going to look @vehicle whn the sales person convince me to try I said ok! See the car/apply for the vehicle get the approval and trade in my vehicle that day!!! Well then the sales person tells me hey u need to fax in bill, etc then he advises me that u also need to come back in for paperwork! Can u beleive I get to dealer wait forever, while they continue to get sales, being ignored for what like an hour, the vehicle I thought I purchased gets detail since I waited what forever to sign somemore paperwork can u beleive the finance manger takes the vehicle back when they give me the impression that all I'm doing is signing more paperwork!!! Hurt and anger is understatement I literally started cryin I was so upset and never saw this happening when the salesperson sttd that they had no clue only went by what there manger told them, I'm still in shock how this dealership handled this nightmare, no emphathy or anything I would never recommend this dealer and I'm also seeking some kind of legal advice on this manner I was approve for the vehicle drove the vehile home for days then they take the vehicle aways claiming that bank was closed when I was approved for vehicle that is BULLS#$!!!
