"Express" means 3 hours to them

I bought a set of tires at walmart. They said there was no waiting. My vehicle went into their shop at 9:15 AM. All they had to do was swap out 4 tires, which I have seen other shops do in 10-15 minutes. It was not done until 12:30!

Three hours wait time to get tires put on - this was a ripoff of my time! No explanation, no apology. And I am talking about actual time in the bay - not time waiting for them to get started on it.

I will never ever go there again. Even if tires cost a little more elsewhere, it will be well worth it to not have to wait 3 hours to get them put on.
