Refused to honor lifetime warrantee

Many years before, we bought some 4 Bilstein shocks (with lifetime warranty) from McKenzieis Efficiency Items, a store focusing on offroad areas and gear. The salesman stated whenever they actually crash, return them for alternative. The two front shocks failed. We visited McKenzieis, and also the supervisor declined to recognize the warantee. He explained they don't do warantees. Therefore we approached Bilstein straight. They instantly sent 2 new bumps.

Should you business with McKenzieis Efficiency Items, they'll not uphold the products they market. It is buyer beware.
