They charged my charge card instantly. 3 nights later I named to obtain the following data, which was never emailed & was informed the bumps weren't in-stock & were on purchase in the manufactuer. Ought to be 14 days. After 14 days of not reading something, I named & was informed the same. As of 11/3/08, they no longer answer their phone. Simply the pc solutions and also you can't achieve a human. I have sent additionally & nothing. Their website continues to be energetic, however they should have gone out-of company or anything. I've submitted a criticism against them t/my charge card organization for Scam! Additionally, I submitted problem n/BBB within their region.
