Ripoff dishonest dirty liars scam false promises Lied about repairing my car with new parts and left the same part on

They lied about repairing my car with new parts and left the same part on and the problem was not completed. I was asked to bring my car back the next day and to pay for repairs. I asked for a refund the next day and was told to come back in two days.

I returned and he tried to pay me with a old two party check. I told him i want cash and he asked me to come back in the morning. I returned I was paid part of my refund.
