I really like going; but never with Etihad again

On NY final on Nov 27: I had been informed that I really could not be supplied the chair that i arranged a few months before: not just that they also described that me and my spouse will need to stay 4 lines aside using the 18-month infant in my own spouse panel for that 13 hours trip; the scheduling worker called me towards the supervisor (juan) who had been not just patheticin conditions of conversation abilities and customer service but was likewise so rude he described that icant pay attention to you When I dont have occasion of course if i dont wish to consider the chair he wil stop the trip and certainly will not return the cash because it is likely to be taken because of last minute termination

I'm likely to do authorized prceeding from the profession

WouldN't travle with this specific flight with illitrate team that cant actually keep in touch with their cutomers with courtesy
