Tank-sports tank sells defective motorcycles and atv's cheap chinese junk and will not stand behind their product south el monte

I purchased a brand new tank scout jianshe 400u atv off "sevenlotusic" (ebay seller name for tank-sports) on november 5th. This atv appeared to be a great deal at $2600 shipped to me. I finally recieved the atv on Novemebr 16th. I remeoved it from the shipping crate only to find a bunch of broken and defective parts on the atv. I notified Jim at Tank Sports and he assured me that things would be straightened out and they would take care of me. I sent pictures of the defective items which included a cracked cylinder head heat sink, broken control switches, broken light lenses all around the atv and a broken fuel switch. So a few weeks go by and still no parts. Now I have noticed that a boot and seal have broken and are leaking on the rear differential of the atv so I report these problems. Jim still assures me that these things were being taken care of and he was on top of it.
